Food Log: 01.02.09

Wow!  Today was so easy.  I ate fewer points than I had thought I had but I was eating all day.  Strange.

Tomorrow is my favorite day of the week - Splurge Saturday!  I eat whatever I want that is still lacto-vegetarian, but use all of my allotted daily WW points and maybe a few extra.  I plan on going in to work and getting a jump start on an insanely busy week next week, so the splurging will probably be mostly a breakfast meal.

So, how has 2009 been treating everyone thus far?

Glad the day went so well, and I wanted to say I thought your plans for the new year were beautiful in their simplicity.

Good job! I am still faltering a little with my points. Tomorrow is a new day. Have you always been a vegetarian?

Stages of Change, thank you. That is essentially the basis for my plan - simplicity. I created something simple and stress free. For the first time I know that dieting doesn't have to be hard.

Learning to be Less, tomorrow is always a new day. Scarlett had it right all along! And no, I have not always been a vegetarian. I sort of fell into the lifestyle as I felt my away along and found that the choices I was making were veering in that direction anyway. My choosing a lacto-vegetarian diet was born out of my realization that I felt better when I didn't eat meat and eggs.

Rebecca, thank you. Each day is a new day. Each day is a fresh opportunity to succeed.
