Rest Stop

I feel better today, the cold is dissipating, but I am literally worn all the way out.

My diet is good. I am eating within the points range I want. The scale is still drifting downward and I am at an all-time low. I've lost 88 pounds! I just haven't had the energy to exercise. So, I am going to take the next few days to finish getting well and resume walking and blogging on Monday.

Have a great weekend y'all. I know mine should certainly be better than the last.

I just finished telling Chews to Lose how I felt about her week and now it is my turn for your 88FUCKINGPOUNDS:

fanciful (?)

okay I think I did more on yours this time. Those were all the words I could think of and it actually started hurting towards the end. You are such an inspiration to me. I stalk your food logs and really think hard about your choices and take bits and pieces and apply some of your stuff to me. Love it!

88 Pounds!! Rock on!
I'm also glad you recognize that you need to take care of your body and rest so you don't overdo it and get really sick. Have a really good weekend!

88 Pounds wow, And just getting over the stress of a cold. No wonder you're losing weight. Probably need some cellular therapy to get your energy and strength back. Check our post about glutathione. Could be very health full. Love your blog, very inspiring.

88 lbs??? That is so amazingly wonderful. Get better and just focus on feeding your body nutrionally-rich foods to heal and recuperate. Have a great weekend!
