I had to get up early this morning and get today's run done because I am going to be running errands tonight and it would be too late and way too cold for me to do it when I get home.
Today's run has cured me of the notion that I should work out in the mornings. It is just not for me. I want my cozy, warm bed and I am not conscious enough to really focus on getting the most out of it. So I am going to try really hard to not have to get up and do this so early.
Week 3 starts on Saturday and I am anxious to see how I do when I am required to run 3 minute sets.
