I have had this butternut squash soup kit in my refrigerator for a week now so this morning before I went to work I popped it into the crock pot, added low-sodium chicken broth and some leftover black beans. When I came home I had some pretty darned tasty soup. Yum!
Another small (.6) tick downward appeared on my scale this morning. I am officially loving this week - a new low each morning is a great way to start the day.
Calories for today are at 1083. Water intake was done before leaving work at 6PM.
