I am going grocery shopping for the challenge tomorrow night so that I can stick closer to the plan that Allan sent us, but I think I did pretty well with what I already had. The luxury of having bread again has made 1200 calories an easy thing to do. I feel like I am cheating even with the reduced calories. A special breakfast is planned for Saturday morning: a hollowed out bagel and egg sandwich. I'm drooling just thinking about it.
Calories for today are at 1157. Water intake was done before 5:00 PM.
