Double Dog Dare You Challenge: Day 11

mushroom swiss burger & side saladLunch: Mushroom Swiss burger (sans bun) & side salad.

oatmeal w/ pumpkinDinner: Oatmeal w/ pumpkin.

Water: 96 oz consumed

So are you guys sick of my daily food blogging yet?  There isn't much to say.  This is just another typical day for me.

Starting Weight: 251
Goal Weight: 170
Calorie Goal:  <=1870 calories (170 * 11)
WW Points Goal:  20-25 WW points (150-174 lb goal weight range)

Oatmeal for dinner is like coming hope and wrapping your belly in a warm, woolen blanket. You gotta try pumpkin in oatmeal. A couple of tbsps of it are nothing on the calorie scale and it has protein and fiber to boot.
